Vinyasa "Flow"

Moderate to high-paced flow class with long-held postures incorporated into the sequence for endurance, strength, balance and flexibility. You will build heat and release toxins with deep rhythmic breathing practices and a comfortably warm environment.

Class can vary greatly by teacher depending on they style they are trained in. Some experience in flow yoga is recommended but not required. As in all of our classes modifications will be offered for different levels of experience in yoga.
