Aerial Flight Training Series - Week 1

Explore the foundations of aerial yoga in this 3-week series designed for beginners and continuing students. Hammock height will be adjusted to your comfort level so you can learn proper use and placement of the aerial fabric. The focus of this aerial series is on balance, form, flexibility, deep stretches and strength in and out of the fabric.

Prerequisite: No prior yoga or aerial yoga experience is required.

We recommend signing up for the first week and continuing for 3-consecutive weeks. However we will allow individual sessions as well.

$30 for entire series. When purchasing this special, understand that it is for the entire 3 weeks and is non-refundable nor can be transferred to other classes.

You may also register for individual weeks using a pass from your class package (excludes new student special).
