Inner Sun Float - Aerial or Mat Restorative + Sound - Advance Registration Required

Immerse in a restorative and relaxing evening as you float in long-held poses with support of low hanging hammocks. You can also opt to do the restorative practice on your mat with props. Along with the sounds of Tibetan bowls, chimes, and other ancient instruments and a guided Yoga Nidra (yoga sleep) this class is sure to uplift your spirit!. Essential oils will be offered.


* Hammocks are knee height so you have the option of keeping your feet on the ground at all times.

* Hammocks are limited to the first 7 who register.

*If you do not wish to use a hammock, please contact Deb at 920-716-3175 so we can offer it to someone else.

* A minimum of 3 is needed so register early!

Prerequisite: No prior yoga or aerial yoga experience is required.​

  • Late registrations will be accepted if space is available.
  • Class is limited to 7 students.
  • The minimum for class is 2 students.
  • When minimum is not met it may be canceled.
  • No drop-ins! ​
For your safety and the care of our equipment you must adhere to the following guidelines or may not be admitted to the class.

*Wear comfortable legging (tighter on lower legs) yoga/type pants.

*Wear a t-shirt that covers your underarms.

*NO ZIPPERS, BUTTONS AND YOU MUST REMOVE ALL JEWELRY! No sharp objects on body of any kind, including nails so do a mani/pedi check prior to coming to class.

Registration:

  • You may register anytime before class starts but we highly recommend doing so at least 24 hrs prior.

  • If we do not meet minimum pre-registered 24 hrs before class time it is subject to cancellation and you will be notified via email if you signed up.

Cancellation:

  • If you must cancel please cancel asap to allow someone from the wait list a space. Cancellations with less than 2 hrs notice will have the class deducted from their package.

  • Cancellations by phone or email are not guaranteed so we strongly recommend you do so online.
