Hatha Yoga - Online- Advance Registration Required no later than 1-hr before class start time

Explore breath, movement, alignment, longer holds in postures, balance, relaxation, and meditation. Slow to moderate-pace class suitable for all levels of experience.

Be sure you have the ZOOM APP I(Cloud Meeting) downloaded to your device or ZOOM.US on your desktop. Details below.

A link to the ZOOM class will be emailed to your address on file no later than 15 minutes prior to class start time. This will also include details on how to access the meeting, etc. If you do to get the link please text 920-716-3175.

Class will be recorded and available to view for 48 hrs. A link will be sent to watch the recording on Vimeo approximately 1 hr after class end time.


We recommend you join early if you want tech assistance (up to 15 minutes ahead) and to test your system.

  • Be sure you download Zoom.us to your computer or get the Zoom.us app - the one that is iCloud meetings for smartphone, or tablet) ahead of time, if you don't already have it. Watch this video on how to join a meeting, if you need help getting started.
  • Once you're logged into class, know that you're welcome to practice with or without video, based on your own comfort level. But there are many benefits to practicing with your video on - like connection with community and your teacher. That said, do what works for you!
  • You will enter the class "muted," and then we'll test "unmuting." Most of class will be done with students on mute.
  • You can also use the "chat" button to access Deb (me!), who will be the tech assistant to help you. Call or text her at 920-716-3175 if you have a problem getting on.
  • Switch to Speaker view, so that the teacher is biggest (you click the words 'Speaker View').
  • Turn your volume up.
  • You're set!

Suggested/optional props:

  • a mat (optional)
  • a strap/belt/scarf/robe strap
  • something that approximates a block, like a book
  • a blanket
  • a bolster or pillow
