Zoom Hatha Flow - Register at least 2 hrs in advance

Explore breath, movement, alignment, longer holds in postures, balance, relaxation, and meditation. Slow to moderate-pace class suitable for all levels of experience.

A link to the ZOOM class will be emailed to the address on your account. If you do not receive the email 30 minutes prior to class please text 920-716-3175.

We recommend you join early if you want tech assistance (up to 15 minutes ahead) and to test your system. For zoom classes that are live from the studio we ask that you sign in no later than 5 minutes prior to class start time to help us get everyone settled in.
