Ignite Your Inner Sun

Embrace your inner self and ignite your inner sun! This class will focus on activating your agni (fire) and includes principles from Forrest Yoga, bhandas (locks) and fire invoking breath work to tap into your solar plexus to find your inner strength, connect to your inner self and learn to let go of fear. The practice is also great for lower back relief.
