Yoga for Stress Relief

Stress can take a toll on the body and leave you feeling mentally exhausted. Yoga poses, breath work and mantra has proven to reduce your stress level and decrease anxious feelings. Molly will lead you through a yoga practice to decrease stress in the body, mind and spirit.
