Pop Up Inversion Playshop

Learn how to use your core to conquer your fear of going upside down. We will tap into our abdominal muscles as we flow through yoga sequence to prepare for inversions. Added supports such as the therapy balls, the wall and aerial hammocks will help you develop a safe and confident inversion practice. Class will close with restorative postures that can be done on the floor or floating in the hammock. This playshop is designed for those with little or no experience going upside or balancing on their hands. It is also beneficial for students who already have an inversion practice looking to approach the practice in a fun, new way and refine their alignment. Some prior mat yoga experience is required.

Preregistration is requested 24 hrs in advance for all pop-up classes. If space is available late registrations will be accepted.
