Take a recess to release the effects of stress on your body and mind. Class will be a blend of gentle yin, restorative and other therapeutic modalities seated or lying on the floor. This class is perfect for beginners, injury recovery and anyone needing time to just simply relax. Yoga props, therapy balls and essential oils will be offered to will provide support for your practice.

Enjoy a little break during your day to release the effects of stress on your body and mind with long held restful postures using bolsters, blankets, blocks and straps. On Tuesdays in winter you get a special treatment of hot stones when Deb is teaching! Suitable for beginners, injury recovery and anyone needing time to simply relax. Restorative yoga at Inner Sun is taught by teachers who specialize in yoga therapy modules.
